How do pre-orders work?
All pre-orders are charged in full during checkout at the time the order is placed. This reserves your item. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items in a single order, it will not ship until all items are in-stock. We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items, pre-order items, and pre-order items with different release dates. Shipping dates are estimated. In the event of a production delay we will provide updated information with a new estimated shipping date. The item is shipped immediately after production has been completed. 

I’ve pre-ordered my Super Nupe scaled figure, when will I receive it?
Super Nupe is expected to ship sometime between April 2025 – July 2025. You will be notified when your item is shipped.
