Cancellation policy

Lore Collectibles may offer certain products through pre-orders, reservations, limited editions, crowdfunding campaigns, or other advance purchase programs (collectively, "Reservations"). This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to those Reservations unless a specific campaign or product states otherwise.

Reservation Fees

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific Reservation, all Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Reservation fees secure your place in line, help us evaluate production demand, and offset administrative, payment processing, and campaign costs associated with offering advance purchase opportunities.

Where applicable, the Reservation fee will be credited toward the final purchase price of the product if production proceeds.

Customer Cancellations Before Production

Customers may cancel their Reservation at any time before production begins by contacting info@lore-collectibles.com.

Cancellation before production releases your reserved production slot; however, the Reservation fee remains non-refundable unless the applicable Reservation expressly states otherwise.

Production Thresholds

Certain Reservations may require a minimum number of Reservations before production begins. When a minimum production threshold applies, it will be clearly disclosed on the applicable product page or Reservation campaign.

If the required production threshold is not met and Lore Collectibles elects not to proceed with production, all Reservation fees paid for that campaign will be fully refunded to the original method of payment.

If production proceeds and a customer chooses to cancel their Reservation before production begins, the Reservation will be canceled; however, the Reservation fee remains non-refundable unless the applicable Reservation expressly states otherwise.

Final Purchase

If production proceeds, customers will be notified when the remaining balance is due.

Where applicable, the Reservation fee will be applied toward the final purchase price.

Failure to complete the remaining payment within the timeframe specified for the Reservation may result in cancellation of the Reservation and forfeiture of the Reservation fee.

Exceptions

Some Reservation campaigns may include different cancellation, refund, or payment terms. When those terms differ from this policy, the terms disclosed on the applicable Reservation campaign or product page will govern.
